Chiropractors are the only profession who specialize in locating areas of the spine (and other joints) which have lost proper movement and/or alignment, and who restore movement through the chiropractic adjustment. This process removes interference to the nervous system, which allows the body to rebalance and heal. This is the foundation of all care for practice members of Living Well. Adjusting techniques include: Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion-Distraction, and lower force adjustments including Logan Basic and Instrument assisted.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Fascia is the connective tissue which surrounds all muscles, organs, nerves and blood vessels, which creates support and compartments within the body. Restrictions within the fascia can inhibit proper movement and function anywhere in the body, contributing to a host of problems. Craniosacral therapy is a way to assess for and gently release restrictions and distortions in the myofascial system, improving the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which is the nutrition for our nervous system.

Craniosacral Therapy

The mainstream view of health and the current health care system often leave people feeling overwhelmed or disempowered about where they are on the health continuum. I love working with members to dig deeper, look for root cause of their current state of dis-ease, and create strategies to restore health and well-being through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle education. Elements of Functional Medicine are applied regularly with members at routine adjustment or craniosacral appointments. Due to time constraints I am not currently offering full Functional Medicine work ups, but I do have colleagues who I refer to for complex cases.
